I do not have enough words to express the gratitude we hold in our hearts for Jayshree. Ours was an extremely complex case right from the start, as we are a same gender couple from India. My partner was onshore in Australia as a Permanent Resident, and I was offshore in India. Prior to engaging Jayshree’s services, we had attempted to go through the visa process on our own, but we failed miserably. We had filed Offshore Partner Visa (309) from India on our own. While waiting for a response on the 309-visa application, my request for a Tourist Visa was rejected twice. After facing two rejections and zero response on the 309 application, we were quite frustrated and were desperate for help. We were absolutely thrilled when we finally united in Australia, all thanks to Jayshree’s efforts and expertise. After I reached Australia, Jayshree submitted my Partner Visa request (820/801).

Throughout the journey of our visa process, Jayshree was very professional and crystal clear in all her communications. She was always quick to respond to our queries through calls, emails, and text messages. She always kept us informed about the next steps and would send us screenshots as artefacts of the documents being uploaded from time to time to the visa application. We also had the opportunity of meeting Jayshree in person during one of her visits to Sydney. Upon meeting her, we knew we had made a friend for life.

We both are in awe of the exceptional efficiency and outstanding services provided for our case. With Jayshree’s efforts and high-quality service, we received the Double Grant (820 and 801) from DOHA this week. We both are over the moon and can never thank her enough for making this a reality.
